Luis and Mary’s Wedding Photos – Belamar Hotel – Manhattan Beach, CA

Luis and Mary’s wedding was an intimate affair at the Belamar Hotel in Manhattan Beach. We showed up as the party was finishing up ceremony details and running through a last minute rehearsal. I must say Mary was the calmest bride I’ve seen to date, which I (not the calmest person) absolutely love. A care-free bride sets the tone for a great day. I could tell from the beginning her main concern was just to enjoy her day. Luis’ main concern on the other hand, was Mary. He at all times would make sure she was happy. It was adorable.

Christine Lee Smith (my fab second shooter) got to hang out with the guys while Mary put her dress on, what a fun bunch they were!

Christine grabbed some great shots outside the Belamar.

I was stoked that Mary and Luis wanted to do first look photos. We had much more time to get photos of them in the funky and modern Belamar Hotel. Here he was anxiously awaiting his bride, ah they are so freakin’ cute!

….and I love them in this.

Zoe’s One Year Birthday Party Photos – Griffith Park

The Blackwells have got it going on, let me tell you. Stacey and Marc not only are the cutest together (and amazing photographers), but they have the most adorable little one. Zoe is the perfect mix of the two and last time I saw them, she was a few months from being born. I was super honored to join them for Zoe’s first birthday party last Saturday. Stacey, being the photographer she is, designed the party perfectly for pictures. I have a lot more to share but had to post a few…enjoy!

Vi’s Corporate Headshots – Beverly Hills, CA

I was so excited when Vi called me to photograph her most recent headshots. She came to me wanting something professional and classy, but more lifestyle than corporate…right up my alley.

I knew the courtyard at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills would be perfect so headed over near Rodeo Drive and walked around for the shoot. I love Vi, she and her family have been clients of mine since the beginning. Usually I’m with the whole bunch so it was fun to just a have a morning with just us girls. She’s done really well in the Real Estate business, check her out.
