I’m thrilled to finally post my favorite photos from Janet and Jonathan’s wedding a couple of weeks ago. It was a busy, fun-filled day with lots of beautiful shooting locations including Pollywog Park, Trump Golf Course, Terranea Resort, and the Hilton in Torrance. Christine, Amanda and I had an easy workday thanks to the VERY darling couple and their gracious, welcoming family. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Somer & Andrew – Vero Beach, FL Wedding Photos – Quail Valley Golf Club

Somer interviewed me for my first job out of college, but because the interview process was a first for both of us, it ended up being a conversation that started our now seven plus year friendship.

Once I moved down to LA from Portland, I was living with three other people in a one bedroom so Somer and Andrew’s place quickly became a place for each of us to get away. We spent many CRAZY weekends at their apartment in Hollywood, I don’t know if the word crazy even describes it, but we had some epic times on Franklin Ave. A few years ago they moved to NY and believe me when I say LA was never the same.

I’m incredibly thankful for their friendship, so I was beyond excited to shoot their wedding in Vero Beach. The Quail Valley Golf Club was stunning! My amazing photographer friend Catalina Ayubi (up from Miami) helped me shoot. She is an inspiration and I was honored to have her along. Here are some of my favorite photos from the first part of the day.

Steph & Felix Wedding Photos Part 1 – Seven 4 One Hotel, Laguna Beach

Wedding Season is in full swing now and I feel very fortunate that I get to photograph the weddings of some of my dear friends this year. Steph and Felix are two of them. They had a beautiful wedding and the boutique Seven4One Hotel where they were able to take it over for the weekend. It felt like a mini-destination wedding right down the street in Laguna Beach. I laughed a ton, cried a bit, and had a complete blast. Here are some of my favorites from the first part of the day…

Christine was able to hang with the guys as they finished getting ready, love these two shots of Felix!I pretty much fell in love with her bridesmaids Wendy and Kari…how cute are they?This is an all time fav…right before the first look.Bella Blooms decorated the room perfectly.Felix was nervous so he did what most fun grooms would do…he started dancing.
